Chef de Partie

Salary: £18k-£21k

An exciting opportunity is available for a Chef de Partie in Shrewley, Warwickshire.

Suburban Inns is a small independent pub and hotel group with venues in the West Midlands. Our newest venture, the refurbished Durham Ox is a bar and restaurant in Shrewley, Warwickshire. The new and improved facility has 220 covers, a large outside seating area and impressive function facilities.

Our menu boasts a range of mouthwatering dishes using local produce and all prepared fresh onsite. All we need now are the best hospitality staff in Warwickshire!!

This is a new venue and we want to achieve outstanding service and top quality fresh food served in stylish surroundings.

You will be working alongside a team of highly talented chefs. You will get to create quality dishes using fresh ingredients (sourced locally where possible) and can have the opportunity to give your input and ideas towards a menu that changes over the year.

Required experience:

• Working with quality fresh food
• Well organised and motivated
• Calm working under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Forward thinking and creative

Must have:

• Previous chef experience
• High standards of food hygiene and able to maintain food safety procedures, including food labelling, food temperature and cleaning schedules
• Eligible to live and work in the UK
